Deemex’s Ukrainian Distributor, produced wear parts from our wear plates and then fitted those wear parts to a mining scoop. Their initial thickness was 10+9mm. After 5 months of hard working conditions at temperatures even lower than zero degrees Celcius, plates have lost just 1-2mm of their surface without any break. The expectation of the Miner, is that these plates will last for more than 2-2,5 years of similar hard usage of them.
The cost of this investment has protected a very expensive mining component and saved good money from the Miner.
After these impressive results, the Miner was given a new much bigger assignment for dressing all the scoops of the mine, plus the dumpers of the mining truck.
