Our Company supports each Official Distributor by providing training programs for Salesmen and Warehouse Managers at customers’ facilities.
In such example, we have travelled from Greece to South America to do detailed  presentations and to reply to questions of salesmen. In these presentations we were joined and supported by our Regional Manager Guillermo Nicosia who is based in Argentina and covers successfully the markets of South America.
Similar plans exist for new Distributors in Western Africa, CIS Countries and wherever we will have the chance for opening a new market.
It is also very important to mention, that apart from these on-site support programs, we offer a continuous after sales support program and we are open to customers’ suggestions and ideas.
